Buildingwith agents

Agentic engineer. I run small teams of AI agents to ship fast —
and I review every change, so it ships well.

01 · Agentic engineering

Agents do the legwork. I take the responsibility.

Agentic engineering, the way I do it: a small team of agents where one plans, a few build in parallel, and I read every change before it ships. They are fast, but they are not magic. Judgement, taste and the final call stay with me.

What I actually do: write the brief, set the rules, review the work, and decide what goes live.

When I don’t use agents: security-critical code, unclear requirements, and anything where a mistake is expensive and slow to spot. There I write it myself.

04 · How I can help

Where I can help your company.

Three problems that come up again and again with business owners, and what I can honestly do about them.

01

Bureaucracy & paperwork

The biggest risk for small and mid-sized companies in the DMB risk report 2026 (1,400+ business owners). In an IONOS/YouGov study, bureaucracy is now the top brake on digitisation (55%). [DMB 2026]

How I help

Agents that read, sort and pre-fill documents, forms and invoices and keep checklists up to date. A person approves everything that matters.

02

No time for the real work

Lack of time in day-to-day business is the third biggest hurdle to going digital (47%, IONOS/YouGov). Typical time sinks: maintaining spreadsheets, typing the same data twice, chasing unpaid invoices. [IONOS/YouGov]

How I help

I connect your tools and automate the repeating parts: reports, reminders, hand-offs between systems. You get your hours back for customers.

03

Missing skills and people

Missing IT skills hold back 32% of mid-sized companies (KfW). To cope with staff shortages, firms increasingly turn to AI (24%) and automation (22%) (Kyndryl/YouGov). [KfW / Kyndryl]

How I help

I work as a small, flexible dev team: from idea to a working first version in weeks, built with agents, explained so your team can run it.
